Microsoft, The way it started

It’s the Journey of my DREAMS...
And

Why Microsoft?
Microsoft is basically the world's biggest IT Giant. Yes it is. In every field of computer and in every aspects of our life Microsoft has fulfilled our wishes. From booting the computer through Operating System to playing video games using Xbox 360, means the modern lifestyle. Can you find out any software as well as hardware field where Microsoft has not yet impacted. No, I simply can't.
So I can tell now one thing only and that is...

Well to speak about my first acquaintance with Microsoft it was way back when I learnt to use my PC and it had the operating system, 'Windows XP'. And at the very first time I got attracted by the outlook of Microsoft. The black screen with the amazing Microsoft logo simply made me go “WOW”. Don’t know why but the reasons were might be the color combination of the logo or might be just the big name 'Microsoft Corporation'. At that time the Microsoft was...

Just these colors drew my attraction at that time. I was in class 6 or 7 then, when my endeavor began, my journey through the path that would lead to my dreams. I have always loved to read the biographies of the Microsoft CEOs, like Bill Gates and now Satya Nadella.

So Who Am I?
I have always loved to explore new technologies, have always taken active interests delving into the depth of software configurations and tried hard to get a better understanding of its way of working. Presently, I am learning and exploring various aspects of 'Microsoft Azure' (Formerly 'Windows Azure').

My Dream Company

At leisure time I have always tried to be in with studies regarding codes and programming languages. At leisure I always love to do one thing i.e. making scratches and to view the code running behind that scratches.

I am also certified from Wikimedia Foundation, as a volunteer I had done a great job at International Kolkata Book Fair, 2014, spreading more and more information about Wikipedia in the public. And today as a Wikimedia Developer I have always tried to conduct workshops at my own college and at other local campuses.

Not only this, I have given several interviews at several medias regarding Wikipedia at the time of Book Fair.

Today I am Microsoft Technology Associates Certified and also one of the regular top consistent students at 'Microsoft Virtual Academy'. What to say about MVA? Whatever I say, it would be pretty less to describe how much MVA has impacted my life. Anyways, apart from that I am the College Representative of Techno India, Salt Lake for 'Microsoft Learning'. In every moment of my life, in every achievement of my life Microsoft always has shown me the road-map that how to achieve the top spot, how to become a tech-savvy student. After all it's the World's Biggest IT Giant.

I am Microsoft Certified Professional on Web Development. And willing to give an exam on Microsoft Specialist on C# and Java Script using HTML5 and CSS3.

It is not that I am only interested in the software field of Microsoft but also I am very much Gadget-savvy, and especially all those from 'MICROSOFT'.
The latest gadget of Microsoft is the Surface pro 3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a Surface-series Windows 8.1 tablet produced by Microsoft. It was announced on May 20, 2014.

Apart from all these I love to code and love to explore new things, new languages. I am a Gold Cup Student at Microsoft Virtual Academy and has completed a lot of courses in C#. I am also certified from there.

I am little bit video game addicted. And the first name that arises in my mind when we talk about video games, always is the Microsoft XBOX. The brand was first introduced by Microsoft on 15th November, 2001. Xbox (console), Xbox 360 and Xbox one both the three versions of Xbox are just fantastic. I personally hold one Xbox 360 and it is my leisure time friend.

And now it is Xbox one, the craze about this product is just going better and better through the FIFA World Cup 2014. Just take your football passion to the next level with Destination Brazil on Xbox One.

Why MSA?
For me Microsoft is like an inspiration. From Bing searching about every corner of the world to different types of Microsoft Apps has inspired me a lot, simply a lot.
For me again Microsoft is like a teacher. Providing learning courses on Microsoft Virtual Academy to competitions such as IMAGINE CUP is just like a dream achievement for me.
For me Microsoft is not a just COMPANY is a load more than that, fulfilling every corner of everybody's life.

Well, now Microsoft has its presence in every corner of my life. As a student of Information Technology (Pursuing B.Tech), I would love to be a Microsoft Student Associates. I would like to share my experiences which I have already done during the workshops of 'Wikimedia Foundation'. As I am a Developer at Wikimedia Foundation, I organize technical workshops in my colleges as well as other colleges too. I would like to use those experiences being a Microsoft Student Associates. Being a catalyst I want to drive initiatives around social impacts involving students from my campus, not only mine but also the other local campuses.

List of things that I want to do as a MSA:
1. I would make people aware about the finest cloud service available named Microsoft Azure (Formerly Windows Azure).

2. I will make people aware of the various ways in which Windows 8.X can play a major role in simplifying life.

3. I would like to conduct sessions and workshops on my campus, not only mine but also the other local campuses and there I want to aware all the students about the latest Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.X. These are the two latest largest store for the paid apps.

4. I will conduct workshops and seminar in association with my region's Microsoft Student Partners also.

5. Apart form these I will peer about the Microsoft Virtual Academy, Chanel9 and Microsoft Developers Network.

6. I am determined and promise that as a MSA, I will make everybody feel that how Microsoft can simplify our life quickly.

7. I will make groups and pages in Facebook, Whatsapp and other Social Networking Sites to reach as much people as I can.

It will be a felicity for me to get associated with my Dream Company. Microsoft has given me so much in life. Why can’t I do this little thing for the Biggest IT Giant? I am ready for it. And yes I will do it!!!

I feel proud as an Indian when I see Satya Nadella at the CEO position of Microsoft. As a Microsft-maniac I feel high when I see an Indian at the top-most position of the IT world.

I have always inspired by his thoughts, his quotes, his ways of thinking. And the creator Mr. Bill Gates, he has inspired me through his ideas, his technologies. When I was small I dreamt to be a person like Bill Gates. I know its kinda insane but believe me it is the truth.

The way he thinks - 'Satya Nadella'

"Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and motivating them, the teacher is the most important."
-Bill Gates

Here is a selfie of Microsoft 2013...

"Be passionate and bold. Always keep learning. You stop doing useful things if you don't learn. So the last part to me is the key, especially if you have had some initial success. It becomes even more critical that you have the learning 'bit' always switched on."
-Satya Nadella
